We offer integrations between e-commerce platforms and accounting systems. We offer this as Software as a Service. This means you use the software and we take care of its operation and maintenance. You also have access to support and a personal dashboard.
We apply three principles to our pricing:
1. You can try the integrations for free first.
2. A small online store with a limited number of transactions per year pays less than a large online store with many invoices per year.
3. If you have multiple online stores under the same kvk number and share the same accounting system, you are entitled to a discount.
For integrations with Bol.com, JouwWeb, KMO Shops, Magento, Mijnwebwinkel, Open Cart, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Planaday and Productflow , you pay the following prices (excluding VAT, paid in advance per year):

If you reach the limit during the year, you (sometimes) have to pay the delta until the end of your annual subscription. If you also want to record the payments in your accounting software, please email us. Finally, you are eligible for a multi-shop discount:

It works as follows: Only upon explicit request (email webcare@webwinkelfacturen.nl) with the license keys will you receive the relevant discount for the second (or nth) store under the same kvk number. We then set the discount for the new online accounts. The (highest) discount is applied to the smallest online store.
You can try our service for 30 days. At the end of the trial period, you'll receive a link to continue your contract. If you don't pay, the connection will automatically terminate, and you will have NO payment obligation.
For Lightspeed, Shopify, Ecwid en CCV Shop we offer similar services. However there are differences related to the App Store & Billing options. For specific terms and conditions, see the Lightspeed Appstore, the Shopify Appstore, the Ecwid Appstore or the CCV Shop Appstore. In this case, you pay for the integration to Lightspeed, Shopify, Ecwid, or CCV Shop. The services and terms are ours. For Ecwid, it is also possible to purchase an annual subscription directly from us for €180. You will need to set up accounts with the accounting provider and e-commerce platform yourself. These costs are NOT included in our price.
* This option is not available for integrations with Afas and Exact Online.
** For “unlimited” subscriptions we can properly help customers up to ±50,000 transactions per year. Please be mindful of the Fair Use Policy (see the FAQ). Customers exceeding this limit are advised to contact us to ensure proper assistance.
